Dongfei River Bridge

The Dongfei River Super Bridge project has a total length of 4.19 kilometers, spanning across Shuangmiaoji Town and Baoyi Town in Shou County. The main bridge is a 95+175-meter single-pylon cable-stayed bridge, with the pylon adopting a 'gate-shaped' (portal-shaped) structure and a height of 109.553 meters.

Adopting a 'pylon-girder synchronous' construction plan and adjusting the position of the closure segment, the steel box girders over the river section were installed using bridge deck cranes, while the sections over the riverbank were installed in segments by cranes on erected supports, proceeding synchronously from both ends toward the middle. In just two and a half months, the installation of the main bridge's steel box girders was completed to a high standard, nearly 10 months ahead of the contracted schedule.

The project has successively won a series of scientific and technological innovation achievements, including 1 national-level QC achievement, 2 provincial-level QC achievements, 2 authorized invention patents, 6 utility model patents, and 3 provincial/ministerial-level construction methods, as well as honors such as the Shou County 'May Fourth' Youth Medal and the Anhui Province 'AAA-Level Environmentally Friendly Construction Demonstration Site'.
